By using GetPartFound you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What this service is

GetPartFound is a parts identification and search tool. We aggregate part numbers, names, specifications, cross-references and fitment information from many sources, and we link to retailers where a part can be bought. Parts marked Add to cart are sold by GetPartFound and shipped to you from our supplier's warehouse (see Buying from GetPartFound below). Every other part is bought on the seller's own website; we do not hold inventory.

Accuracy: read this before you buy

Catalog data is assembled from manufacturer literature, distributor catalogs and marketplace listings, and is enriched automatically. It can be incomplete or wrong. Fitment information in particular is a starting point, not a guarantee: always verify a part number against your equipment's own parts manual, or with the seller or manufacturer, before purchasing. We are not liable for parts that do not fit, purchases made in reliance on catalog data, or any resulting damage, downtime, or injury.

Prices and availability

For parts marked "Add to cart", the price shown is GetPartFound's price and is the price charged for the part at checkout, plus shipping and any sales tax shown there. For every other part, prices shown are captured periodically from marketplace listings and are not live. The price and availability on the seller's page at the moment you buy is the only authoritative one. Where a captured price is displayed, we show when it was last checked.

Affiliate relationship

GetPartFound participates in the eBay Partner Network. When you click through and buy, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. GetPartFound also takes part in other affiliate programs, through the affiliate networks Awin (Sears PartsDirect and Plumbing Deals) and Rakuten Advertising (Easy Plumbing): when you follow a "See current price" link to one of these retailers' sites and buy there, we may earn a commission, at no additional cost to you. Those retailers sell the part under their own terms. This does not change the price you pay, and it does not determine which parts we show you.

Buying from GetPartFound

When you buy a part marked "Add to cart", your contract is with GetPartFound, an authorized A&I Products reseller. We place the order with our supplier, who ships it directly to you; we currently ship to the contiguous United States only. Payment is processed by Stripe under its own terms; we do not store card numbers. Shipping charges, delivery times, returns, cancellations and claims for damaged or incorrect items are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms when you place an order. The fitment caution above applies to parts you buy from us as much as to parts bought elsewhere: please verify the part number against your equipment's parts manual before ordering. Our liability for a part you buy from us is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Trademarks

Manufacturer names, model designations and part numbers are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used here for identification and compatibility reference only. Their use does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those manufacturers. GetPartFound is an independent service.

Acceptable use

Please do not scrape, bulk-download, or resell the catalog; do not attempt to disrupt the service or circumvent its usage limits; and do not upload content you have no right to share. We may limit or block usage that threatens the service's availability.

This site is an early preview, provided "as is" and without warranty. Features and data may change or be withdrawn. We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the current version.
