The assembly includes a mounting bracket with two rollers attached. If the lower rack is difficult to pull out, drags along the rails, or tilts when sliding, the wheel assembly may be worn or broken. Cracked rollers or missing wheels can also cause the rack to bind or come off track. Remove the lower dishrack and place it on a counter to access the roller assembly. Use a flat-blade screwdriver to pry off the retaining tabs for the old assembly, then align the replacement and snap it onto the rack in the same position. Make sure the rollers sit properly on the rails before sliding the rack back into the dishwasher.
