Description
This is a Genuine OEM MTD part. Basic informationPart name: Chute deflector wing knobManufacturer: MTDCategory: Snowblower chute control partPrimary function: Secures and adjusts the chute deflector to control snow throwing heightInstallation & compatibilityCompatible models: Fits select MTD and Craftsman snowblower models; confirm compatibility using your models parts diagramsInstallation difficulty: Easy; threads onto the deflector adjustment studTools required: None Additional Information: This chute deflector wing knob, part number 720-05090, threads onto the deflector adjustment hardware so you can raise or lower the chute deflector and control how far snow is thrown. A secure knob helps the deflector stay in the selected position during operation. If the deflector will not hold its setting, slips during use, or the knob is cracked or missing, the wing knob may no longer tighten properly. Worn threads or reduced grip can also make deflector adjustments difficult. Before starting the repair, disconnect the spark plug wire to prevent accidental starting. Thread the wing knob onto the adjustment stud by hand and tighten it securely so the deflector stays in place while still allowing easy adjustment. | Mtd Snowblower Chute Deflector Wing Knob 720-05090 Genuine OEM
