Description
This is a Genuine OEM Kenmore Elite part. This door spring (part number 4970ED4004G) is for dishwashers. Door spring 4970ED4004G applies tension to the dishwasher door through the door hinge to prevent the door from dropping too quickly when you open the dishwasher. Use caution when installing the door spring because the spring is under tension and could snap. Wear work gloves to protect your hands during this repair.
