Description
This is a Genuine OEM GE part. Basic informationPart name: Refrigerator evaporator coverManufacturer: BlombergCategory: Refrigerator cooling system componentsPrimary function: Covers the evaporator area, forms the interior back wall, and guides airflow within the compartment. Installation & compatibilityCompatible models: Fits select Blomberg and Beko models; confirm compatibility using your models parts diagramsInstallation difficulty: Medium; requires removing interior panels and securing the coverTools required: Screwdriver Additional Information: The refrigerator evaporator cover 4908740300 encloses the evaporator and related components while also serving as the interior back wall of the compartment. It helps direct airflow across the evaporator and protects internal cooling parts from contact. If cooling becomes uneven, airflow seems reduced, or the rear interior panel appears cracked or damaged, a faulty evaporator cover may be involved. Broken mounting points or a cover that does not sit flush can also affect airflow and panel stability. Disconnect power to the refrigerator before starting. Remove shelves or bins as needed to access the rear interior panel, then detach the existing cover and secure the replacement so it aligns properly with airflow openings before restoring power. | GE Blomberg Refrigerator Evaporator Cover 4908740300 Genuine OEM
