This stainless-steel-colored control panel serves as a mounting point for your free-standing gas range's switches and indicator lights. To replace your gas range's control panel, remove the side support brackets for its rear back guard shield to reach its panel controls. Plan to order a replacement lamp indicator and lenses as the plastic tabs securing them may break during the install. Be sure to unplug your gas range and cut its gas supply before replacing its control panel.
