Basic InformationPart name: Snowblower pulleyManufacturer: AriensCategory: Snowblower drive componentsPrimary function: Transfers belt-driven power to rotate connected componentsTechnical SpecificationsDiameter: 8 inchesWidth: 1.25 inchType: V-pulleyInstallation & CompatibilityCompatible models: Fits select Ariens models; confirm capability using your models parts diagramsInstallation Difficulty: Medium; may require partial disassemblyTools required: Socket set, wrench Additional Information: The snowblower pulley, part number 07307400, works with a V-belt to transmit power from the engine to the drive or auger system. Proper pulley alignment and surface condition help the belt track correctly and transfer power smoothly during operation. If the belt slips under load, squeals during engagement, or components fail to turn even though the engine is running, the pulley may be worn or damaged. Wobbling, uneven belt tracking, or visible groove wear can also interfere with consistent power transfer. Disconnect the spark plug wire before beginning the repair. The pulley operates near rotating belts and metal edges, so work gloves can help protect your hands during removal and installation. Make sure the pulley is seated correctly and aligned with the belt before reconnecting the spark plug wire. | Ariens Snowblower Pulley 07307400 Genuine OEM
