Panasonic SmartExhaust Fan/Light Wall Control with Delay Timer - FV-WCPT1-W Upgrade your bathroom's ventilation with the intelligent Panasonic SmartExhaust Fan/Light Wall Control. This innovative switch replaces separate fan and light controls with a single, programmable unit designed for ultimate convenience and energy efficiency. By automating your fan's operation, the SmartExhaust ensures optimal air quality, helps you meet stringent building codes like ASHRAE 62.2, and prevents wasted energy. It is the perfect solution for contractors and homeowners looking to add smart, cost-effective functionality to any bathroom ventilation system. Brand: Panasonic MPN: FV-WCPT1-W Type: Fan/Light Control with Delay Timer Color: White Functions: Programmable Delay & Ventilation Settings Voltage: 120V Max Load (Light): 450W (Incandescent, CFL, Fluorescent, LED) Max Load (Fan): 150W (1.25A) Certifications: Contributes to LEED and ENERGY STAR point eligibility Automated Ventilation for Healthier Air The SmartExhaust brings intelligent automation to your home's air quality management. Its core feature is a programmable ventilation timer that allows you to set the number of minutes per hour the fan should run, ensuring consistent and adequate air exchange. This hands-free operation helps meet ASHRAE 62.2 standards for whole-house mechanical ventilation, reduces airborne pollutants, and maintains a healthier indoor environment without any manual intervention. Smart Delay Timer for Complete Moisture Removal Eliminate lingering humidity after a shower with the programmable delay setting. This feature allows you to set a timer for the fan to continue running for a predetermined period after the light is turned off. This extended runtime ensures all residual moisture is exhausted from the room, effectively preventing mold and mildew growth and protecting your paint and fixtures from long-term damage. All-in-One Fan and Light Control Simplify your wall and streamline operation by replacing two separate switches with this single, smart control. The SmartExhaust integrates fan and light operation into one unit, offering a clean, modern aesthetic and intuitive use. This design not only saves space but also reduces installation costs, as it fits into a standard wall box without requiring additional labor or wiring. Microprocessor-Driven Efficiency At its heart, the SmartExhaust uses advanced microprocessor technology to deliver precise and reliable ventilation. It intelligently tracks fan operation, subtracting any manual runtime or delay-timer operation from the next hour's programmed ventilation time. This ensures the fan only runs as much as needed, preventing excessive energy use and saving you money on utility bills. It's compatible with all lighting types, including incandescent, CFL, fluorescent, and LED. Additional Features Easy Installation: Designed to replace existing fan and light switches in a standard wall box for a simple, economical upgrade. Universal Compatibility: Works with a wide range of ventilation fans and all common lighting types, offering broad application possibilities. Code Compliance: An essential tool for builders and contractors to help projects meet ASHRAE 62.2, LEED, and ENERGY STAR certification requirements. Decorator Style: Features a clean, white finish that fits any standard decorator-style wall plate (not included), blending seamlessly with your decor. Reliable Performance: Built by Panasonic to deliver long-lasting, trouble-free operation you can depend on.
