Engineered for long-term dependability, the 16S Series sewage pump has a powerful 1 horsepower motor consisting of an oil-filled motor housing for lifetime mechanical seal and bearing lubrication and efficient heat dissipation. It includes a mechanical-type seal (stainless steel spring, nitrile parts, carbon, and ceramic faces) with secondary exclusion seal for added strength and durability. The dynamically balanced two-vane non-clog impeller is designed with pump-out vanes to keep solids away from the seal for less seal and bearing wear. 1 hp Permanent Split Capacitor (PSC) motor Designed for continuous duty 3" FNPT (76.2 mm) discharge Handles solids up to 2" (51 mm) diameter 140 degrees F (60 degrees C) liquid temperature rating Available in 1-phase or 3-phase pump design
